The only exception to this is that if the artwork is used in the background of a permanent set for a television series (e.g., the coffee shop on Friends, Alicia’s law office on The Good Wife), then the artwork may be used for a single season without additional charges.
Any additional uses of the artwork will require a new clearance fee of Fifty Dollars ($50) for each piece of artwork for each use in a different motion picture on television series or if used on additional season(s) of the same television series. Use of the artwork in excess of this license without prior clearance and payment of the additional clearance fee may constitute copyright infringement and could lead to the imposition of monetary penalties and an injunction.
